Every stitch cast is assigned a unique alphanumeric code (e.g., #GH-9541R). This is your permanent key to the ledger. It links your digital heirloom directly to a specific pallet of aid in the field archive.

Logistics & Deployment

Gharza operates on a Full-Weave Protocol. To maximize logistical efficiency and lower transport overhead, we do not authorize convoys until a batch reaches 100% funding. You can track the live “Weave Progress” on the homepage.

We work with vetted, ground-level NGOs and logistics professionals who bypass traditional “charity bureaucracy.” Our partners must adhere to the Dignity Standard, meaning they prioritize local procurement and respect recipient privacy.

Financial Integrity

100% of the funds designated for a “Stitch” go toward procurement and delivery. Our platform overhead and AI generation costs are covered by a separate “Operational Thread” or private grants. We are a logistics-first operation.

Gharza is registered as a [501(c)(3) / NGO / Social Enterprise]. Official receipts are automatically generated and sent via email upon casting your stitch.

Technical Troubleshooting

Transmissions are processed exactly as entered to maintain the integrity of the ledger. If an error occurred, contact Field Support within 10 minutes of casting. Once the record is “Hard-Woven” into the database, it cannot be altered.

The Verification Wall updates every 3–5 minutes. If your Loom does not appear after 10 minutes, use the Transmission Form below to report a “Ledger Synchronization Error.
